System administrative personnel can change user passwords by entering a new password in the "Password" and "Verify Password" fields located in the "Modify User Login" sub-tab page of the "User Login" component (see the "Modify a User Login" help file for more information on modifying a user's login profile).
In addition, administrators can require that the selected user change the assigned password upon logging into the SkillsPlus system by entering a value of "Y" in the "Must Change Password?" field (see the "Changing your Password" entry in the "Connecting to the SkillsPlus System" help file for more information).
