As the contents, and source, of administrative data users wish to import into Skillsplus will vary from one organization to the next, the layout of files accepted by the Administrative Data component are customized for each individual implementation of the system. After working with TrainWorks to establish a set structure for theses files, organizations can them perform routine updates of such data both at the begining of a new school year and at their discretion their after.
After performing data extracts, the correctly formatted files should be placed in a file on the user's computer in preparation for import into their implementation of SkillsPlus.
