To access a skill list select the “Skill List” sub-tab located on Skill Lists main navigation bar. By default the “Select Skill List” sub-tab will be selected.
The series of sub-tabs under the “Skill List” tab provides a dynamic view of a skill hierarchy, allowing users to “drill down” through the skill components of Area, Subarea and Skills.
As the view for each component is dictated by the selections made by a user in a previous component, links to each component page will only appear in the sub-tab section as they become a valid choice for the user. For example: a user may only progress to the “Area” page after they have made a selection within the “Select Skill List” page. They can then only progress to the “Subarea” page after making selections within the “Area” page, and so on.
The Skill Lists main navigation bar and associated sub-tabs
