Most pages accessed within the Skill Lists module feature a version of the Skill List Editing Toolbar – located beneath the sub tab line. Components of the Editing Toolbar, which vary slightly from page-to-page depending on the required functionality of that page, are as follows:
Copy the Selected Revision: Allows a user to create a new skill list by copying the contents of the selected skill list into a new skill list. Note: This Button is only featured on the “Select Skill List” sub tab page.
Note: The following two buttons appear only on the “Area,” “Subarea,” and “Skill” sub tab pages. They are functional only when a user is working with fields of a skill list that has been designated as an Edit Revision (see the “Editing a Skill List” help section for more information on the Edit Revision selection).
Reorder Rows 1, 2, 3: Allows users to refresh a given page of rows in units of one, so that the order of data on the page is displayed sequentially according to the value assigned to the “Order” column in each row. Simply click on the “Reorder 1, 2, 3…” button to carry out this action. Be sure to click on the “Apply Changes” button to save your changes.
Reorder Rows 10, 20, 30: Allows users to refresh a given page of rows in units of ten, so that the order of data on the page is displayed sequentially according to the value assigned to the “Order” column in each row. Simply click on the “Reorder 10, 20, 30…” button to carry out this action. Be sure to click on the “Apply Changes” button to save your changes.

Insert 5 Rows Before the Selected Row: Inserts five editable blank rows before the selected row
Insert 1 Row Before the Selected Row: Inserts one editable blank row before the selected row
Insert 1 Row After the Selected Row: Inserts one editable blank row after the selected row
Insert 5 Rows After the Selected Row: Inserts five editable blank rows after the selected row
Apply Changes: Saves changes made within the editable fields on the page
Cancel: Cancels actions that have not been Applied and returns the user to the previous page
Refresh Screen: Cancels actions that have not been Applied and refreshes the current page
